Unhappy customer

Very poor service. I ordered and paid for a couch including delivery fee on Thursday, to be delivered on Friday. My wife had to cut her day short because they called and said they'll deliver in the afternoon, they never did. When she called, the store (Rochester Maponya Mall) the sales person who answered the phone refused to call the store manager to resolve the problem and promised to deliver today at 9am. My wife has been calling the store the whole day and they still haven't delivered. She has been inconvenienced 2 days in a row and she's supposed to be working. I'm really frustrated by the pathetic service given.
