On the 24th June 2020, I bought a lounge suite for R19995.00 cash, at Rochester Brooklyn mall from Nicholas. He arrange delivery for me, for which I had to pay the guy R500 cash to deliver the lounge suitr. The guy that delivered was kind enough to setup the lounge suite as it has recliners and he sprayed it down with the protector which I had to buy that coated approximately R1000 for 3 boxes of the protector kit. Very soon after the couches were dry I noticed that a piece of the stitching was loose on the 2 seater. I contacted Nicholas immediately and he arranged that the 2 seater be collected. After 2 to 3 weeks I was contacted by Rochester warehouse (unfortunately I cannot remember the guys name that called), I was informed by the guy in the phone that he was sensing me a new lounge suite. He asked if I would be at home that day and I informed him that I would be going to Kempton Park around 15:00pm. He said he will arrange for the new lounge suite to be delivered before that and they will take the other lounge suite away. I left late for Kempton Park to drop my son off and never heard from that idiot from the warehouse. I called the number back and the lady tried to put me through to the guy she thought I might have spoken to but there was no answer. I went to Rochester at Park View and bought 3 boxes of the protector kit which costed approximately R1000 again as i was promised a new lounge suite. Needless to say I wasted that money because a promise was broken to me about a new lounge suite. The next day I received a call and a truck was at my residence to collect only the 2 seater. They took the 2 seater only and I was then contacted after another 2 weeks by the driver to say that he is leaving centurion and will be by me in 10 minutes to drop off the 2 seater. I arranged that my wife be at home to receive the 2 seater. When the driver got there they had the incorrect sides for the 2 seater and had to go to the warehouse to get the correct sides. After another 2 to 3 weeks I was contacted and told that the driver would bring the 2 seater to me the next day. The driver brought the 2 seater but when I got home I realized that the 2 seater they delivered does not have recliners on it. I contacted Nicholas and he tried to contact the warehouse. Nicholas called me back and said that Charlotte from the warehouse will contact me. I waited and waited and Charlotte (the useless, pathetic thing) never contacted me. Its been another long waited period and Nichokas has now informed me that Mariza Jacobs will contact me to arrange collection of the 2 seater. He received an emailnthat says the supplier must replace the 2 seater. I have no dealings with the supplier. I paid cash forn this piece of **** lounge suite from Rochester, not from the supplier. Now I will probably have to wait another few weeks for collection and then another few weeks for the 2 seater or lounge suite to be delivered. I have also sent an email to JD group and was asked for a sales number....*** ROCHESTER AND JD GROUP?!!!!YOU ARE PATHETIC *******. I PAID ALMOST R20000 AND DO NOT HAVE THE CORRECT PRODUCT. SIS...DISGRACEFUL *******!!!!********* ***S!!!
