Unacceptable turnaround time for refunds
I cannot understand why Rochester takes up to 7-14 working days to process a refund to customers.<br> <br> If they want payment for your products they want the payment immediately before they can even start making your furniture, but you as a customer must wait for so long for you to get your own money back.<br> <br> Unacceptable... :(

Once cancellation has been sent to our finance department refund will be processed. However depending on your financial institution and method of initial payment, funds may take time to reflect.
