Unacceptable Service

My wife bought a very expensive leather lounge suite from Rochester Cornubia, a fault was found on one of the reclining chairs on day of delivery and reported. It's almost three weeks later and the fault still has not been rectified, Happy to take your money very slow to sort out one's problem, do not buy from this company, shop around.
