Two different couches delivered

Two 3-seater couches were bought from Rochester Clearwater Mall on 20 July 2024. Tuesday, 23 July 2023 two different 3-seater couches were delivered. We called Rochester inform them of the mess the same day. To date we have no update of why we still sitting with 2 different couches and when will same be corrected. This is unacceptable and poor service by Rochester. I will never ever buy anything from them.
