Twist Staff Complaint

<p>I was employed by Rochester from the 16 Feb 2015. I have never experienced any problems regarding my salary before. Up until the company was bought by JDG. I app**** for the Medical aid which was cancelled upon JDG Taking over Rochester without my consent but they were still deducting money for the Medical Aid. I only discovered that when I went to the Chemist/Pharmacy to get my son some medication and my chronic medication only to discover that it was cancelled “the Pharmacist told me that the member has resigned and I had to pay that out of my pocket and I didn’t include it on my budget know I have a Medical Aid to cover that” I emailed the HR Department to assist with the problem but it has been done after two Months, I have received the letter today for the re-instatement of my medical aid. The second incidence was when we got paid on the 6 April I was paid (R1786.74 Sales Commission that I have received the value of my sales: R182 000.00) which I find it very disturbing because last month I was on leaf I got paid (R 5000 for commission Value: R95 000.00) I email my payroll to Schalk (Finance manager) and there was no respond back to me kindly assist if you can.</p>
