Tv Stand issue.

i have had a terrible experience with rochester. My aunt bought a Tv Stand at Rochester Carnival Mall as she was assisted by Mac and the didn't have stock on the floor. they asked she fetches the Stand at Jet park at a warehouse called JD Supply chain Services. i decided to go on her behalf. got there around 8 am and they only open at 9am. showed them the papers and got authorization to get the stand waited for someone to open the garage door around 9:45 i was asked if i would like the stand to be put together and i said yes. the guy said it doesn't take long just two minutes. i waited until 11:35 only to be told some parts are missing and its the only one left so we must go back to carnival mall and elaborate what had happened. we called Mac who cant even acknowledge what has happened but giving us stories that the warehouse is mistaken there more than a 100 stands in that ware house. i have been trying to call on ********** 773 to no avail if this how we treated as customers then i will never go back there again. we still have no stand my time and petrol have been wasted i am so disappointed with this particular furniture shop.
