Torn couch
My friend have bought a couch in December and just realised a week later that the couch is torn. When she contacted the Branch and she has been sent back and forth. Until today 30 Jan 2015 when she spoke to the Manager told her to get lost. Bad attitude, poor customer service. I want my money back. Not interested in a swap
