Time to give me my money back! Enough now!

So after complaining towards the end of last year, and numerous times since then, my lounge suite was finally collected for repair 2 weeks ago (despite me saying I didn't want this as I was without a suite for over a month and my concern was it would come back and would still not be fixed properly). Needless to say it came back and within the first week the suite was creaking again. I am NOT sending it in again for another month and a half, only to get it back STILL not repaired, and having no no lounge suite to sit on for months - NO MORE. I have now had enough and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!! Enough is enough. Jean the manager has bent over backwards to assist me but there is only so much he can do, I appreciate his help but now I need someone higher up to come to the party!
