They take your money and leave you with nothing!

<p>Good day,</p> <p>I have experienced the most unprofessional service from Rochester Wonderpark - I put in an order on the 9th June 2017 with a full payment for a Mattress & a base. It is the 5th July 2017 and I am still without my order. I have phoned numerous times concerning as to why my order is not ready, After phoning the branch back numerous times because it is aparent that no one can give a message over to call me back with information regarding almost a full months waiting period.</p> <p>I spoke to managment who to my concern has to ask a sales person as to how a certain order was placed and could not helo me at that specific time because the sales person was not there AGAIN, on previous occasions the manager herself was not in and the branch was left unsupervised with no one that has knowledge on how to reaolve or gather information as to how my order is not ready.</p> <p>Yesterday the 4th July 2017 I phoned AGAIN, spoke to Mpho the Manager who advised she would call me back today with proper feedback and a SOLUTION.</p> <p>Once again they have failed to call me back and I have had to phone the branch AGAIN, only to my dissatisfaction and disappointment that the manager neither the sales person who I delt with was not there and had left AGAIN.</p> <p>I am up to my limit dealing with incompetence in a professional company as yourself.</p> <p>I expect a call from a much higher superior than a manager otherwise it will leave me no choice as to reconnect with a old friend at the pretoria news and not te mention hello peter.com</p> <p>Because as it stands I have paid money and I have received nothing in return.</p> <p> </p> <p>So this afternoon the sales person told Charles who was willing to go a bit of an extra mile for me and phone lucky - Lucky said to him "just send her cancelation papers" </p> <p> </p> <p>ARE YOU KIDDING ME??????</p>
