They dont want my money.

<p>I contacted Rochester wanting to settle my account which is currently up to date and has always been. I explained to them that I no longer have a job therefore it will be difficult for me to pay every month so I would rather settle. I therefore asked for a goodwill discount at the company's discretion and to my disappointment I was first sent from pillar to post and denied my request without any valuable explaination. I am extremely disappointed by this because despite my good intention to honour my commitment I am not met half way by this peopl. This is excactly why people are so indebted because we are being treated poorly by our service provede. One would think they will be jumping to the offer am making instead of me disappearing without paying. Please advise where I should go further with this matter.</p>
