THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!
I reported my damaged coffee table last year October last year, There has been NO feedback to me on the status of my table and I have had to do all my own follow up for over 5 months now, Till TODAY I still do not have my coffee table back, I have never in my life ever experienced such terrible service I advise the public to STAY CLEAR of Rochester as there after service delivery is absolutely appalling.
