The worst service from Rochester New Marker

I bought 6 chairs on account from Rochester New Marker in March 2024. I took me 4 visit to the store for a sales guy to get my application right. Initially i was told i need to pay a deposit which i did, then on the final application which i thought he got it right, he told me the is no need for a deposit they will refund me in 7 day.. It has been more than two months and still waiting for my refund. The sales guy keeps on telling me that the delay is at the head office. He wil follow up and contact me and still no communication received. Im the one who calls and send emails only then to be told the same story about head office. My sister did warn me about them but i thought let me give them a chance..
