The service is absolutely hopeless. As part of the JD Group I have never dealt with such incompetency

Rochester Retail park Montana Park Made a special order on a Studio 4 Piece Corner Lounge Suite but only bought the single chair of that suite .at rochester retail park montana park in August 2019. they told me it would take 4 weeks for deliver cause its a special order. paid my deposit it took them 4 months to get back to me that they got my chair... in December they phoned me to pay the balance for them to deliver my chair .....now we almost in February and after over 40 phone calls from the retail shop to the region manger to head-office .....They tell me they dont have stock but they have it on there latest brochure on special....what total bull **** is that ...... and am still waiting for my suite
