The nost disgusting customer service ever- quick to over promise and never deliver

I paid a deposit for a 8 seater dinning room suite in September at Rochester Mall@Carnival as the sales consultant Charmaine advised that they are running a special and to secure the price. I paid the balance end of November as I needed the chairs for Xmas, a week later was told to go to their warehouse for collection only to find out that they only have chairs, the table was out of stock and they are not sure when stock will be available. I then advised Charmaine to cancel the deal and refund my money, completed all the forms and sent her my bank statement for the refund on 11.12.2017 was told that the refund will take 3-5 working days. Today its the 28th of December I am still waiting, my husband went there to enquire where the hold up is and he was told that the Regional manager Nico need to authorize the refund. Nico may you please authorize my refund with interest from 15.12.2017 to date as I have already received excellent service elsewhere, I got my delivery in 48 hours after purchase. I will never set my foot in any of your shops you don't have any respect for your customers.
