<p>I bought a bed 2 years ago.. Was told that it is the best quality wood and would last a lifetime.. Imagine my surprise when it broke last week. I was even more surprised when I was told that it is out of warrantee and that I would have to pay for a repair. The complaint was escalated to their Head Office where it was arranged for a repair to be done free of charge. Thank you William for fixing the bed for us. And thank you Leanne Bronkhorst for addressing and resolving my complaint. </p>
