Terrible staff attitude at Rochester wonderpark mall Pretoria

Very terrible service received at Rochester wonderpark mall Pretoria north. The sales agent told me it's not her problem that my laybye is gone. Someone else must come assist me. The attitude was sooooo bad.... Sooo bad. Her name starts with C... I have never felt so undermined at a store were l love to buy their items...... I am beyond disappointed.
