Terrible Service from Rochester New Market Branch

I am extremely disappointed in the service that I have received from the Salesman as well as the Manager from the Rochester branch at New Market in Alberton.

I bought a lounge suit on Thursday and clearly asked more than once if they will be able to deliver by Saturday. ( if they said no I would not have bought it )

The salesman promised me that there is stock and that delivery will take place on Saturday.

On Friday I received a message saying that I can expect my lounge suit to be delivered on Tuesday. ( the next week )

I phoned the salesman and asked him whats going on with the delivery timeframe.. He told me that he didn’t know that they dont deliver in my area on Saturday’s ( after he told me he checked ).

Asked to speak to the manager and told him Im hosting on Saturday and need the lounge suit.

He told me he’s making a plan for me and he’s arranging delivery for Saturday.

Saturday came and I could not get hold of the salesman or the manager..

The lounge suit was also never delivered.
