Terrible service from Rochester Ballito Junction

I purchased chairs from Rochester Ballito junction and paid in full upfront including delivery charges.I was told that the chairs would be delivered the next day. I waited all day , trying to contact the store every hour. The store fixed line doesn't work, neither does the cellphone number of the manager. I went to the store who confirmed delivery today, the driver confirmed the same, I waited all day and then the driver calls to say there's a breakdown. He couldn't confirm whether he would deliver today or any day. It is the worst service I have ever received from a furniture store.
