Terrible service

Long story short..bought a leather lounge suite 2017, salesperson convinced us to buy an insurance to cover the leather which states clearly on invoice. Being pushed from pillar to post. They then informed I need to contact the insurance company and claim, i said sure kindly give insurance company details...they have no clue who it is. Anyway we sit with a torn lounge suite and they just dont care. Will never buy from them again.
