TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I placed an online order of about R10 000 on the 5th December. (The online platform supposedly allows one to track their order). 12 DAYS LATER: I have not received my order, am unable to track it, have received NO feedback/contact from Rochester, and am R10 000 less! I have called costumer care numerous times, left my details with people who promised to call be back with information, and I have lodged a complaint but still nothing!!! WOULD NEVER ADVISE ANYONE TO BUY FROM ROCHESTER/JDG !!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED COSTUMER!
