TERRIBLE SERVICE

I bought a table worth R9000 in August. I reported in November that the side open. According to them the table was bump. The table was never moved sinced it was delivered. The side open due to their poor quality and poor workmanship. They refuse to repair or to replace the table and this table's quality does not inline with the Consumer Rights...

Which is unacceptable can anybody advise how to take this further as the client I am entitle to certain consumer rights according to or in terms of Sec 55 (read with Sec 56) of the CPA, all goods sold to a consumer are sold with an imp**** warranty of quality that cannot be contracted out of or revoked.

The warranty gives the consumer the right to receive goods that: • Are reasonably suitable for the purpose that they are intended to be used for, • Are of good quality, free of defects and in good working order, and • Will be durable and usable for a reasonable period of time.
