TERRIBLE SERVICE

I was looking for a firm queen size bed. Sihle (Sales Person at Rochester) sold me on the Sleepmaster Lucerne. He assured me the bed holds 150kgs on either side and will NOT make indents. I paid for the bed and had it delivered. I have had this mattress swopped out twice, in a year because of the indentations on either side of the bed. My latest complaint was logged on the 15th September, nothing was done about it till I complained again on the 5th October. I was referred to the call center, who in turn informed me that permission was given for the mattress to be swopped out once again and that i must relay with the store. The store said they will discuss the issue with the call center and they will call me back. I call regularly to follow up on my bed swop since the staff do not call back! I even went to the store to speak to the Manager Lisa, who also promised to call me with an update, which also has not happened. I want a refund, I am done with this store!!!
