Terrible Service

<p>Useless to say.</p> <p>We were there on the 22nd of April and ordered a Furniture set and a bed. All documents were completed and sent through on Sunday the 23rd.</p> <p>Tuesday we drove through all the way from the South to sign the contract and to pay the deposit.</p> <p>Branch manager told us that delivery will take place on Friday, Saturday or the latest Monday. Friday we drove there again as we did not receive any feedback from the store, only to find out that noting has happened with our application.</p> <p>We were also treated very rudely by Dulcy and Branch Manager who did not want to assist us again.</p> <p>We drove through today again (01/05/2017) only to find out that the application can take up to another 2 weeks after we were promised deliver last week Friday already.</p> <p>Service levels were unacceptable and very unprofessional.</p> <p>We would like to know how senior management is going to assist us with this process asap.</p> <p>I will not recommend ANYONE to go there.</p>
