Terrible quality and service

<p>I purchased a couch in November last year as we were moving. I only opened the couch in February of this year. Already hundreds and hundreds of feathers have come out of the cushions of the couch. Every day each cushion is scattered with feathers which also poke us while sitting on the couch. No one warned me about any feathers and if Rochester knew it was a feather filled couch there should have been measures in place to prevent the feathers coming out. I reached out to my salesperson and he said it was normal and would go away. It has gotten worse and I cannot justify paying what I am paying for terrible quality. </p>
