Terrible *********** service
<p>I have odered a headboard after being told the headboard and 2 x accent chairs will only take 4-6 weeks to manufacture this now took 2 months, </p> <p> </p> <p>I then paid the deposit and waited for the items to be deliverd to their store then I paid the blance after going to the headoffice waiting for an hour to see the most *********** line manager that was flabagasted when I verbally confronted him in reception my furniture was delivered the next day. </p> <p> </p> <p>With utter dissapointment I inspected the headboard and quote which stated Buttoned headboard as per my request but this was not what was delivered as they delivered a tufted headboard, I then had to return to the store myself and sort this out, after 2 weeks and items still outstanding I went back to the store and was told they will manufacture my headboard now</p> <p> </p> <p>I have also purchased dining room chairs which was of a high traffic fabric and it started fluffing and tearing and pullng, I have 2 x dining areas and don;t really use this one much, this is just an indication of the poor quality and service</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unaccweptable and I will never make use of this company again or any of the companies within the JD Group</p>
