Terrible delivery service

I purchased a headboard online on the 17th of November. Since then I have received 7 sms's with different dates for delivery.

03/12 28/11 01/12 29/11 08/12 28/12 05/12

I have been calling customer care with no luck. They have logged a complaint but I am still waiting for feedback. I will definitely never order from them again. Stay away!!!!!!!!
