Terrible Customer Service from Rochester

What a bad experience we had from Rochester, we wanted to buy a table a chairs and happen to like what they had on display. We got assisted by a nice lady called Lucy at Rochester Ferndale. She tried her best to get the staff delivered but upon delivery from their terrible store room in Jet Park all chairs were not the same and they were very dirty. We returned the chairs and waited for the second delivery and to our surprise they gave us the same wrong stock and this time around they top it up with no *****s for the table. Their store room manager did not care a thing to call and apologize or even speak to us. He instructed the driver to return the staff and till today we are waiting for our refund. I had to call and drive 4 times to the shop in order for them to process my refund which is very clear that they did not want to pay me back. Its going for two weeks now i don't have my money. They are now telling me about a refund process. What a useless shop! - I want my money please Rochester Ferndale otherwise you will leave me no choice.... since I ended up with a much more expensive Table and Chairs at Essops and they were very nice.
