TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

It's been three months since waiting for my bed to be delivered. NEVER order anything from Rochester online I think is a ****. I have sent tons and tons of e-mails for them to refund me not to mention calling them more 100 times. Does anybody know how I can get my refund back? please help.
