TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE @ ROCHESTER FOURWAYS CROSSING OUTLET

Good Day,

I made a purchase through McCarthy Chinyana, he was very helpful and accommodating, he said that i should collect my items at the Fourways Crossing outlet and the rest of my bigger items would be delivered. As i am at work i told my wife to call the Fourways Crossing store and arrange for the products to be wrapped so that she can go collect them.

My Wife spoke to sales agent OLEBOGENG KANAOMANG, he was extremely rude and disrespectful as well as uncooperative, he said that the sales lady who could assist my wife is having a day off and it is not his job to do her work, my wife tried to explain on the phone that it was not neccesarry for the sales lady to be there as all the products had been approved already and all that was necessary was collection. He did not ask her for any details or any information he just dismissed her. I then called OLEBOGENG KANAOMANG personally myself and was met with the same rudeness and animosity. He was extreamly rude and dismissive, he has terrible customer service. I then spoke to his manager (I forgot his name but it bigins with an S), he was was appologetic on belf of his sales person and said everything will be prepared for my wife for the collection.

When my wife went to collect the products, she was met by OLEBOGENG KANAOMANG who continued to be rude and arrogant to both my wife and mother who had accompanied her, he shouted at them and told them he has nothing to apologize for and does not care if they call head office and was extremely rude, this was now in the middle of the store, my wife called the manager who did not reprimand him at all, the manager tried to say it was all just a misunderstanding and could not handle OLEBOGENG KANAOMANG, my wife and mother where extremely disrespected. The customer service was appalling, OLEBOGENG KANAOMANG is a terrible sales agent and its clear the manager is not able to lead his subordinates.

I am now going to go to the store personally myself to address this issue, if i do not get an apology from OLEBOGENG KANAOMANG I am going to escalate this further. This is a terrible reflection on Rochester and i would expect something to be done about this.
