Terrible customer service

Rochester Maponya Mall gives black customer service to customers, which is no customer service at all. They are *********** and never knows what's happening with anything and they have the nerve to change their names on the phone to disguise being called out. Customer has to call them back and do follow ups only to be told that nothing has been done for 9 days later, even after being **** to 5 days back
