Terrible Customer Service

Dont buy from this shop, they have TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I ordered a headboard online, after 7 days of waiting for it to be delivered? I called them and they told me that the headboard is out of stock. How because the its advertised as available online?????? No one could answer that and/or atleast assure me when it will be available. I instantly requested for a refund and now they are giving me a run around with my money. When you call, the customer call agents put you on hold for 20minutes without any feedback.

I regret shopping there, never again!
