Terrible below average service

<p>I went in to buy a head board in April, around Easter time. I was told It's not available right away but will take 6weeks to order. That was fine, I paid there and then for the headboard and the delivery. I was promised to be contacted the next week for updates. 9weeks later there was nothing, no call just mum ! I went to the shop and bang! My head board was never ordered, the best they could so is re-order and I wait again. Of course I wasn't going to do that, I requested for a refund and was told I will have to wait 7days! The hell?! When I paid emmediately?</p> <p>This is the biggest nonsense I've ever heard! Such terrible service! Never again will I buy from any Rochester! Disaster and below bar service! Phathetic </p>
