TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

I recently purchased a lounge suite from your store at Northgate. Paid for Mastergaurd but it was never done. With the Pandemic I insisted the lounge suite should go back but the sales lady insisted I take the lounge suite and she will sort this out. Now that I have the suite and sale completed sales lady now ignoring my calls. I please need assistance with my account to br urgently credited with this amount. The SALES LADY IS LINDA AT ROCHESTER NORTHGATE BEEN CALLING IN HER CELL AS THEY ARE MOVING *** was taking my calls all the time to complete the sale. even calling at 6pm. now after sale completed my calls are being ignored.
