Such a pathetic service!!!

I cannot believe I got ****med by Rochester. I lay-by a bed online and paid deposit, I was instructed to send my Id copy and proof of payment which I did until to this very day I have not heard from them. I’ve tried calling them several times, sent emails but no response. Called one of their local branch and the guy I spoke to said I must not trust their online store. Such a pathetic service!!!
