Stressed: Rochester

I bought a TV stand and Coffee table and cancelled the order two days after purchasing them. The products had not yet been delivered to my place. I completed all the cancellation forms and they told me it would take 30 days to get refubded. 7 days later they tell that the cancellation was not done, I have to come to the showhouse again and redo the cancellation. I went for the second cancellation and their system was down and they tell me its gonna take another 7 days to get the refund. Frustrated and annoyed, I am still awaiting for the refund.
