Store manager, Jaco, says "it's not his problem"

<p>Failing to tend to my queries pending my cancellation, and after throwing several insults at me, store manager at Carnival Mall, Jaco, told me to kindly send my husband to get effective feedback from the store because he's "not afraid of any nonsense" and my issues are none of his business. He has zero idea how to handle clientele, and offer good customer service. He has a terrible attitude, and doesn't care at all about delivering on his promises. Awful! Kindly do something about this. This has been ongoing for a week and a half now! He's not fit to manage a store of such stature. </p>
