Store delaying to give me a refund and to come collect damaged couches since 2017 October

I have since bought couches at Rochester Parkview Pretoria East on the 07 Oct 2017.First it was a process for them to come deliver them I would stay home and wait and they will just not come or call to let me know they weren't coming.finally when they delivered they gave me damaged /broken couches I we t back to the store and told them,they agreed to exchange them but then I would wait and wait for them to come pick up and same thing happened again they just kept me at home waiting for nothing.I ended up telling them I dnt want the couches anymore so I went to the store filled in a refund form in November and still today I am waiting .2 weeks back they made another arrangement to come pick up guess they did not come or call to say they weren't coming.I paid cash for the couches R10360.This is time consuming for me as I have to take a day off from work just to wait at home for nothing.It has been very stressing and even their call center cant help me.I don't have space for those couches as I had to make space for them in th kids bedroom.4 months now that I have been waiting for Rochester Parkview to fix this problem.
