Still worst service ever

<p>Not in any of the probably 10 times we have phoned was there a manager available to speak to.<br />As per my previous complaint, after Rochester has been back to my house 6 times, things were still not sorted out. They have now picked up the couches on Monday. Today is Friday, yet no refund has been made, no proof of payment received or any feedback whatsoever.</p> <p>This was the worst service, and the most untidy work ever. The base that was now correct after the 6th visit, was just left as is. They couldn't even cut off the material used for the transporting of the base. They put the legs of the bed on my brand new white drawers scratching it. So my white, brand new, week old drawer is ruined as well.</p> <p>Despite the complaints and issues, no manager of Rochester has attempted to phone me, and the only communication received was from the sales attendant who seemed brand new in the first place.</p> <p>I will never enter a Rochester store ever. Especially after reading the numerous complaints on platforms such as Hello Peter. Seems like some products bought break after less than a year anyway. <br />Well after 6/7 visits was needed for 2 items bought, it proves what the quality of products and service is from Rochester.</p>
