Still waiting for my couch to be delivered over a week later

Their delivery service is still stuck in the 19th centaury, it's suddenly rocket science to deliver a single couch. Being sent pillar to post whenever I enquire about the delivery status. Don't bother buying from this store unless you love waiting.
