Still Waiting for Delivery

I made a payment for some goods via a direct bank deposit after receiving a quote from Rochester on the 02/09/2015. I immediately sent proof of payment to Nishan whom I understand is the Store manager and i requested for the goods to be deliverred to me the following day as I was told that it will be possible as long as funds have been verified. Today its the 17/09/2015 and I still don't have the goods. At some point, the delievery guys were sent to place without letting me know and they unfortunatley couldn't find me. On the 14/09/2015 I arranged with the sales person to have the goods delivered to me on the 16/09/2015 after 5pm as I was told it will be possible but no one came after I made alterrations to my schedule to ensure that I would be available the delivery team comes. I am really disappointed in this service that I am receiving from Rochester. Today when I spoke to Nishan I was told that they can only it on Saturday since I wanted an after 5pm delivery on Friday. So as to why I have been given an impression that i Can get an after 5pm delivery I don't understand. Now I just have to accept the Saturday delievery as i have no other choice coz i want the goods.
