STAY AWAY FROM ROCHESTER MIDLANDS MALL

PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT ROCHESTER - MIDLANDS MALL. They are so unprofessional and unreliable by lying and being non-responsive.

I bought and paid cash for a couch on 29 May 2020, I was advised that they will deliver my item within 7 days. On the 5 June 2020, they came to deliver however it was not the item i had bought, hence I didn't accept delivery. I advised the store and spoke to salesman named Sboniso Mkhize on the same day of the incorrect items being delivered, and he advised that I will get the correct item the following week ending 12 June. This prompted me to go to the Store at Midlands Mall, on the 15 June 2020 to request a refund, I spoke to Joanne, as was told Sboniso was off that day, however upon my request they apologised and advised that they have arranged with their warehouse to make the correct delivery within 3 days. Unfortunately to date (26 June 2020) I have not receive the couch, nor has they kept me updated, and I have been doing numerous follow up with the Store I've been given the run around.
