Stay Away From Rochester

The worst service and terrible quality products. I've had the displeasure of buying a couch from Rochester Clearwater Mall. I was offered a couch on display which I said I do not want since it had a broken leg, when on Monday 4/03 I went to collect the couch I ordered it was the one from the floor and it was just shoved into a bag!! The sales person, Mandla, told me he would replace the couch by Wednesday 13/03. We phoned as the couch was not delivered, the excuse was they do not have delivery vehicles and I should collect the couch myself. How can Rochester treat its customers like this?

This isn't our first incident with the appalling service and low quality items from Rochester, but this is our last.

Added, if Rochester does get to read this, if the NEW couch in question does not get delivered by tomorrow, 16/03, I will be laying a complaint at the Consumer Protection Ombudsman.
