Stay away from Rochester

Shortly after I bought R 32000,- leather launch suite I reported few faults with it .Only after more than one week company responded and collected the items for repair . Had to wait few weeks and many enquires later the suit arrived . Two days later we ended up with a new problem with the recliner and old fault witch was not fixed previously . Except sales assistant help no involvement from management side in solving the problem .<br> Be warned and don't fall in to the same trap .
