STAY AWAY... bad service

I app**** for a 6 month lay-by at Rochester for a leather suite that I ended up settling in 2 months. I was informed that they received the full amount and will be in contact to arrange delivery. After about 3-4 days one of there "fulfillment clerks" contacted me via email and advised that there might be a delay due to stock and asked to keep a second option in mind if they don't have stock. After a few days I was informed that my order has been discontinued and I was asked to pay an extra +-R7000 for a different leather suite. Already being quite expensive, I said no and that I won't be paying more for something that was not my mistake in the first place. The "fulfillment clerk" never came back to me, because I'm sure he could sense I was about to explode and did not respond to the rest of my emails. I then talked to an agent on whatsapp and he/she told me that I asked for a refund, but that was never confirmed. Anyway, It's probably going to take forever to get my money back so just STAY AWAY!!!! Now I will have to wait for my money in order to buy new furniture. JUST GO TO CORICRAFT.
