Standing Tall in the Face of Adversity

I app**** for credit on a lounge suite. Due to systems being offline etc, it took a week to process the deal. I lost my temper due to being told that my payslip needed to be sent through to credit (when Patrick had already sent it through four times during the course of the week). Poor Patrick bore the brunt of my rantings, even though there was absolutely nothing he could do, as this was a problem at the credit department.<br> <br> Patrick went over and beyond his call of duty, to make my experience at Rochester one that I would finally enjoy.<br> <br> Thank you Patrick, you are an absolute star and I will definitely come back to you should I require any more furniture.
