Stained Couch

I have never had such bad service in my life.

I bought a couch Cash online on the 2nd of July only to find out it was the worst move ever from Bradlows. I have had to wait because their warehouses were affected by looters, I had to email them for them to give me feedback on my delivery. I had to wait the whole month without a couch, later I was told they don’t have stock I had to browse and check for something else. I saw this nice blue couch from Rochester, and I asked for it instead because my original order was not found, and I waited so long. A month later they deliver the blue couch also with stains, when I got home, I saw stains and the uncomfortability of a brand-new couch with stains. They came to collect that couch and left me with nothing to sit on. They reviewed and they said there’s no fault with the couch they waiting for the supplier to credit and its not a new unit. But am supposed to accept a stained couch wow, and that was on the 23 Aug. I used to trust this store but with their service they really don’t care about customers. I saved up for months for this just to get this service. I don’t a second had couch. Dear Bradlows and Rochester can I have a Evolution or Cleveland couch. That I paid for already.
