Slow customer service, but finally happened - thanks.

I bought a couch in January and reported it faulty within days of receiving it. I have spent months contacting them regarding a repair (when I thought it should be replaced) with many empty promises. Last week they finally REPLACED MY COUCH WITH THE IDENTICAL NEW ITEM. They took their time (6 months) but finally replaced my damaged couch. Thank you Rochester.
