Sick and Tired Of Rochester

<p>About a year ago, I decided to buy a new set of couches at Rochester Woodmead which cost about R55 000. I paid a deposit of about R17 000 but they told me that inorder to get financing I needed to pay an additional R3000 which I paid. Two months after I had paid the deposit, I decided to pay for the couches in full, which means that I paid a balance of about R38 000. Now it's been 4 months and Rochester won't refund me back my R3000. I've been calling their manager at their Woodmead store and he keeps giving me excuse after excuse. I don't owe Rochester anything and I promise I won't ever buy anything from Rochetser again. I just want my money back asap. Rochester, you have lost a valuable client!Such bad client service from a "well established furniture store". I'm done with you guys for good. </p>
