Shocking Service from Rochester

Rochester claim to provide excellent service however I have never dealt with such unprofessional, *********** people in my life! First I was sent the wrong couch, then they had the cheek to send me a dirty couch off the floor which was not wrapped or disassembled before delivery thus I received a damaged and dirty couch! This was post me specifically stating that I wanted the new couch I had paid for!! After two attempts I finally received the new couch I paid for however I still have not received a call from the manager to apologize for this unacceptable service! I have taken this matter higher and the response I received was nothing short of pathetic! There was no empathy or concern that this was the type of service Rochester offers!
